WoooHOOO! let the demolition begin!

All I have to do is write the first check and Mustin Builders can begin demolition of the old house!  FINALLY! Gee, it has only been 5 months since the fire.  Lance was up there today moving salvageable things out of the carport and into the garage and barns.  I will probably stop up there this evening to move the horse trailer since I have the hitch on my truck.  I want to make sure the destruction/construction crews have enough room to work.

I did a walk through on Saturday afternoon, again.  You know, you always hope you'll find something that survived the fire that you missed.  I didn't find anything, but I had to look!  Its like going past a car wreck - you just can't help yourself.

When the guy from Mustin's lets us know what day they are going to start, I will have to go up and make sure there aren't any barn kitties in there.  A couple of them have taken up residence in the back room.  One was pregnant.  I hope she hasn't had her litter yet.

Stay tuned for more!
